Ashley lives with cerebral palsy, which affects her movement and muscle control. Everyday tasks that come easily to other children are a daily struggle for her. Her family, like most we serve, battles to afford fees, food and the care she needs. With therapy, mobility aids and consistent support, Ashley can grow, learn and thrive.
Ashley Vanella is one of the children Zikar Child Fund identified in the community living with cerebral palsy. For children like Ashley, we provide wheelchairs and mobility aids, pay school fees, supply school uniforms, food, diapers and sanitary pads in schools, settle hospital bills directly, and provide bedding where needed.
