Shantel lives with cerebral palsy. She finds it difficult to speak and to move around on her own, and needs speech therapy to help her communicate. Like many of our children, her family cannot easily meet the cost of her care and schooling. With therapy, mobility support and school fees, Shantel can find her voice, learn and play alongside other children.
Shantel Moraa is one of the children Zikar Child Fund identified in the community living with cerebral palsy. For children like Shantel, we provide wheelchairs and mobility aids, pay school fees, supply school uniforms, food, diapers and sanitary pads in schools, settle hospital bills directly, and provide bedding where needed. Every contribution goes straight to these practical needs through our verified channels — never as cash to guardians.
